To ensure the best experience and adequate preparation for all participants and coaches, registration for class is mandatory. All attendees must sign up in advance to secure their spot. Registration closes twelve (12) hours before the class start time. This policy helps us maintain an organized and effective environment, ensuring that everyone receives the attention and resources they need.
** Due to various insurance regulations, liability concerns and out of respect for our valued members who take the time to arrange childcare to attend our classes, children are NOT permitted to accompany their parents to the gym unless they are a registered member who is actively training during that specific session.
You will be asked to reschedule, and please note that there will be no exceptions made and no refunds provided under any circumstances.
