Foundation’s Class
Class Duration: 45 Minutes
This mandatory one-time class is an in-person fundamentals course that members will take at the start of their membership term, providing an overview of the gym equipment, movements frequently used during classes, and the techniques backing the methodology of NOVA Glutes.
Glute Gains
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
This specialty class guarantees a burn to the glutes every time, with lifts designed to hold tension on the glutes through different vectors and hypertrophy methods.
Full Body Five
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
Five big lifts at 5 o’clock. This full-body physique class, held twice daily at 5 AM and 5 PM, targets your upper body and all subdivisions of the glutes.
Muscle Mommy
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
Perfect for those mothers looking for a little “me” time after dropping the kids off at school, stop in for this mid-day class built upon community and finding joy in moving the body.
Hinge & Hammies
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
The exercises in this class are centered around hamstring and hip hinging patterns, designed to target your glutes and posterior chain.
Thick Thighs
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
Calling all squat and lunge lovers! Lifts in this class primarily target the quadriceps muscles. The majority of these lifts are functional movement patterns mimicking movements made in everyday life.
Woof Wellness
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
This class will be held monthly and will be joined by dogs who need homes from local shelters. Give back with Nova Glutes and adopt, don’t shop!

Swifties Unite! This class is designed to bring together all of the Swifties out there, with 55 minutes of music and lifts “Taylored” to your specific needs.
60 for Sixty
Class Duration: 55 Minutes
This class is designed for all the “fine wines” out there, ages 55+, looking to develop strength and build bone density. This class focuses on the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass as we age.
