What is Nova Glutes?
Nova Glutes is a revolutionary new gym concept centered around female strength training and empowerment. We welcome women of all ages and fitness levels and hold group classes with personalized group coaching.

What is the foundation's class?
Our foundations class is an overview of the methodology and movements of NOVA Glutes. You will be introduced and learn the proper use of each hand selected piece of equipment as well as familiarize with proper technique of our movements, proper use of gym equipment and sanitation standards.

What kind of classes do you offer?
All of our coaches are certified in physique training as well as bodybuilding. Each class is carefully calculated to provide its member with the best results possible with proven scientific methods and the best equipment on the market. You can guarantee the machines we offer are not in big box gyms.

Do you have open gym?
We’re mostly class-based, but we offer open gym infrequently.

Do you host events/birthday parties?
Yes! We love collaborating with local businesses and hosting birthday parties for girls ages 12+. Please email us with inquiries.

Can I schedule single sessions?
Yes! Nova Glutes offers a variety of personal training and membership options. Check out our membership and rates for more information.

If I'm a beginner, can I still train at Nova Glutes?
Absolutely! Nova Glutes personalizes each session so your workout is tailored specifically to you. We keep our class sizes smaller so that our certified trainers can customize every lift to every unique indiviudal.

What are your hours?
We offer close to 120 hours of group classes per month. Check our schedule to see when a trainer will be in the gym.

How do I cancel my membership?
Written notice of cancellation must be hand-delivered to NOVA Glutes 30 days before the intended cancellation date.
